WHAT’S THE FIRST STEP?
Start by filling out the intake form on our Contact page. From there, we’ll schedule a 30-minute intro call to better understand where you are, what challenges you’re facing, and what you’re trying to build. Together, we’ll determine whether we’re the right fit. If we’re not, we’ll still point you in the right direction. No pressure.
WHO DO YOU TYPICALLY WORK WITH?
We work with early-stage founders who are building from the ground up and want to establish the right structure from day one, as well as growing business owners whose operations and leadership have not kept pace with their growth. We also partner with leaders and managers who want to show up better for their teams. If you’re wearing too many hats, losing good people, or feel like your business is running you instead of the other way around — you’re exactly who we built this for.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM HIRING A COACH OR CONSULTANT?
Most coaches focus primarily on people. Most consultants focus primarily on strategy. We work on both because strong people need strong structures, and strong structures require strong leadership. Together Advantage bridges both sides so the work is practical, sustainable, and human.
HOW LONG DOES AN ENGAGEMENT LAST?
It depends on what you need. Every business is different, so we determine the right timeline together. Engagements can range anywhere from 90 days to 12 months, or become ongoing partnerships — whatever makes the most sense for where you are and where you’re trying to go.
DO YOU WORK REMOTELY OR IN PERSON?
We offer both virtual and in-person support depending on your needs. Team offsites are conducted in person. Together, we’ll determine the format that best supports your goals, team, and schedule.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
Pricing depends on the scope of support, meeting frequency, and team size. Once we’ve had our intro call and have a better understanding of your needs, goals, and timeline, we’ll put together a proposal tailored to your situation.
